Stress is daily feeling that we as humans tend to feel everyday no matter what path in life we are currently sitting in. We deal with stress in school, college, careers, home, relationships, family.. you name it, you have probably experienced some type of stress for what ever reason. I remember my self feeling stressed in college and sometimes I feel stress in my daily career. Especially when it comes to deadlines, or people trying to constantly mess with your daily flow, it can be very stressful at times. But just know, that NOBODY can break you unless YOU allow the enemy too have the satisfaction!! Today, I chose to write about some daily stress relievers that I use to get myself through the hard times. because at the end of the day, there is not one person who does not witness the daily stressor in life. The one thing that sets them apart from the average person is, they know how to handle and conquer by having outlets to relieve their stress.
Where to start?! First off yoga has done SOOO much for me mentally and physically. I started yoga roughly 3 years ago, and would never change a thing except starting my practice earlier. Every yoga class i have been to, and along with all the different yoga flows out there its truly amazing. I found myself more relaxed on daily basis when practicing yoga. I noticed myself thinking more clearer, and as well as I lost 15 pounds in 1 month, and gained more flexibility.
I love adventure, and I love hiking. Plus its nice to live in a state where I can hike ALL over in Arizona. I love hiking, as I find it refreshing, along with seeing beautiful views that my state offers. You can be gone hiking for 3plus hours depending on the length of the trail, but some thing about hiking just makes me feel so much better.
3) Shooting Range
WhetherI am shooting at the gun range or archery, I enjoy it all. I find myself feeling so much better after hitting the range.
Golf is a HUGE part of my life. I love coming to the course no matter what is going on in my life, I can always come work on my game, and play some golf.
I Absolutely love pampering myself. Being able to go get my nails done is very soothing to me especially after a long day.
6) Bath time
Take a bath with refreshing candles and relaxing essential oils while reading a magazine is very relaxing, and an easy way to get your mind clear!
In conclusion I hope you all can better you days, and learn to not let negatively get in your way.I find it VERY beneficial to have hobbies that you enjoy. I really feel that helps me not to stress out all the time, and be able to conquer my daily task successfully and logically.Stating this, I hope you have found some of my stress relievers tips useful.
