Hey you all! Hope you all had a great week! As promised I am uploading my Keto homemade frappuccino, and let my TELL YOU it is DELICIOUS! This drink i usually drink every morning, and it can be used as a meal replacement.
Grocery Store List: (click on items to buy online)
Now lets create the deliciousness!
1) First pull out your blender if you haven’t already;)
2)add 2 cups of ice to the blender
3) now add 2 cups of Almond Milk
4) Now add 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
5)Then add 3/4 cups of Erythritol or your sugar substitute
6) Now add 2 scoops of your protein powder
7)Then add 1- 2 scoops of your collagen peptides
8)*Optional add 1/2 cup of your Choc Zero syrup
9)Next, blend all the ingredients together until mixed.
10) Pour in glass and add Sugar free Heavy Whipping cream on top and more Choc Zero Syrup!
11) ENJOY! As you will not be disappointed!
